Clutch operates as a private sourcing concierge, so payment and delivery are handled the same way every enquiry is: discreetly, and only once you are ready to proceed. Nothing is charged, and no delivery is arranged, until a piece has been confirmed and agreed with you directly.

How Payment Works

Enquiring is always free. There is no cost, deposit, or commitment to submit a sourcing request or ask about a specific piece. Once a piece has been identified, authenticated, and agreed with you, payment is arranged privately with our team.

We accept card payment, cryptocurrency, and bank transfer. The right method for your situation, along with any currency or transfer details, is confirmed directly between you and our team before anything is finalised. Nothing is processed automatically online.

How Delivery Works

Express delivery is available within the UAE, with discreet delivery arranged internationally for clients across the GCC, Africa, and beyond. Collection can also be arranged where applicable, for clients who prefer to receive a piece in person.

Delivery timelines and costs depend on the piece, its current location, and your destination, so we confirm exact details privately once a piece has been matched to your request. There is no fixed delivery fee published on the site, since sourcing routes and destinations vary considerably.

Packaging and delivery are handled with the same discretion as the rest of our sourcing process. No outer branding identifies the contents of a shipment, and delivery is coordinated directly with you to suit your schedule and privacy preferences.
