Clutch is a private luxury sourcing concierge based in Dubai, verified independently rather than self-graded. Every piece we source is authenticated before any purchase is confirmed, so clients across the UAE, the GCC and Africa can buy rare Hermès, Chanel and other sought-after pieces from a concierge whose process they can actually check.

Every piece is reviewed before it is offered or confirmed to a client.
Hardware, Stitching and Materials Checked
Plating, weight and engraving, stitching, date or blind stamps, serial or microchip details, and the leather or material itself are all reviewed.
Verified Through Legit Grails
An independent authentication service completes the review. Independent means the check is not carried out by Clutch itself.
Certificate and Outcome Shared
You receive the authentication outcome directly, along with a certificate or record where one is provided.

How do I know Clutch's authentication isn't self-graded?
Every verification is completed by Legit Grails, a third-party authentication service Clutch does not own or control. Clutch submits the piece, Legit Grails determines the outcome independently, and you receive that outcome directly, not a summary written by us.
What happens to the certificate or record after authentication?
You receive it directly, either alongside the piece's documentation or on request, along with the authentication outcome. It stays with you afterwards as proof of what was verified, when, and by whom.
Can I see documentation before I commit to a purchase?
Yes. A full set of photographs covering hardware, interior, stamps, and any wear, along with honest condition notes, is available on request before you agree to anything. There is no payment required to enquire.
